Return Policy

Our print provider, Printify, is a print-on-demand company, meaning all products are unique and made-to-order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color or changed your mind.

However, if a product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if contacted within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with shop@aliyahg.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue in this scenario.
